This page is for the evening before you set up somebody else's TV. The big number at the top matters less than a much smaller question: are your mum's channels here, and will she reach them without scrolling past thousands of others? The names below are the backbone of the SWIVTV IPTV line-up, split into small groups and sorted A to Z. Inside the player the list is far longer, but it uses the same country and genre groups, so a name you find here is a name you will find there.
Before the visit: write their channels down
A ten-minute phone call now saves an hour in their living room. Ask the person who will be watching, not the person paying:
- Which channels do you put on in a normal week? Write the names the way they say them, then pin each one down. "The BBC" usually means BBC One; "the news" could be CNN, Sky News or Al Jazeera, so ask which.
- Which one is on first thing in the morning, and which one last thing at night? Those two go at the very top of their list.
- Is there a team, a sport or a series they never miss? Sport moves between channels from one season to the next, so note the competition rather than a channel. The sports page turns a competition into the channels that carry it.
- Do they watch anything in another language? The news in Arabic, a Turkish series, the football with Spanish commentary. Each of those has its own group below.
- If an old set-top box is still plugged in, take a photo of its favorites. It is the most honest record there is of what gets watched in that room.
Then look each name up in the box below. If one of them is not here, message us on WhatsApp before the visit, not with the remote in your hand and your dad waiting.
Some channels sit in two groups on purpose. HBO, Showtime and Starz appear with the drama channels and again with the movie channels, so they turn up wherever you happen to look first.
Turning the whole line-up into their short list
A player will happily show every channel it has. Your job during the visit is to make sure the person watching never has to see most of them. How you do that depends on the player you installed:
- IPTV Smarters Pro on a Fire TV Stick: highlight a channel and hold the select button to add it to favorites. Work down the list you wrote, in the order they will want the channels. The Firestick guide covers the install itself.

Order matters more than size. Put the channel they switch on first in the first slot, the news they trust next, then everything else. Leave the 4K copy of a channel out unless their TV and connection can carry it; the HD copy is the one that plays every evening without fuss.
Then do the test that counts. Hand over the remote, name a channel from their list, and watch them find it without help. If they hesitate, the list is too long or in the wrong order. Fix it there and then, not over the phone next week.
When the name on the screen is not the name they know
Inside a player, names are longer than the way people say them. The same channel can appear two or three times with a quality label, because the 4K, HD and SD copies of the main channels sit side by side. Many names also carry a country code, which is how you tell Sky DE from the British Sky channels, or DAZN ES from the DAZN in the US groups. Three habits help:
- Keep one copy per channel in their favorites. HD for everyday watching; 4K only on a large 4K screen with a steady line. The 4K page explains when it is worth it.
- Pick the right regional version. Sportsnet comes as East, West, Ontario and Pacific, and the US regional sports networks are listed as one family. Choose the one that carries their team, not the first one you see.
- Search by the shortest part of the name. "RTL" finds the German channel and RTL 4 in the Netherlands; "Sky Sports" brings up every Sky Sports channel at once.
For viewers who watch in another language
Plenty of homes watch in two languages: the news in one, the series in another. The line-up covers 60+ countries, and the groups above split the bigger language packages into pieces you can actually scan. Hindi entertainment sits apart from the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam channels, Arabic news apart from Arabic series and film, the Spanish-language US networks apart from the Latin American ones, and each of the larger European countries has a group of its own.
When you set this up for someone, two habits help. First, bring their language to the top of the player instead of leaving it at the bottom of a long list; in TiViMate you pin the category, and elsewhere a favorites group does the same job. Second, ask which channel they would miss most and make it slot one. Someone who watches a series on Kanal D every evening does not need nine other Turkish channels in front of them, just the one they know, in the place they expect it.
Smaller countries arrive as packages rather than single named channels. Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Greece, Scandinavia and the Balkans are carried, as are packages for Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Films and series on demand
Next to live TV sits the on-demand side: 120,000+ films and series, sorted inside the player by genre, year and platform, with new titles added regularly. If your dad likes to pick a film on a Sunday afternoon, show him where those tiles are and how to get back from them to his channels, because that return trip is where people get lost.
We do not list film or series titles on this site. The library is not a replacement for every streaming service, and the free trial is the straightforward way to see whether it holds the kind of thing the person watching enjoys.
If one of their channels stops or goes missing
Channels occasionally change behind the scenes. What matters is who does what when it happens:
- The person watching can go back to the list and try the other copy of the same channel, or switch the device off at the wall, count to ten and switch it on again.
- You can, from wherever you are, send us the channel name and a photo of the screen on WhatsApp. If the channel is carried upstream and has only dropped out of their categories, it can usually be put back quickly.
- If we do not carry a channel, we say so plainly rather than leave you waiting. Requests work the same way: ask for a channel by name and you get a straight yes or no.

IPTV channel list questions
How do I find a channel my dad already watches?
Type the name he uses into the search box on this page, then again in the player once it is installed. Search with the shortest part of the name, such as ITV or Sky Sports, because players add country codes and quality labels to many names. If nothing shows up, send us the name on WhatsApp and you will hear straight away whether it is carried.
Can I hide the channels my mum will never watch?
Yes. In TiViMate you can switch off whole categories under Settings, then Playlists, so they disappear from her screen. Players without that option still let you build a favorites list, and a favorites list she opens first does the same job. Nothing is deleted: the rest of the line-up stays on the account in case she wants it one day.
Will the kitchen TV show the same channels as the living room?
Yes. The channels come with the login, not with the player, which means a Fire TV Stick in the kitchen and a Samsung set in the living room carry exactly the same ones. What changes between players is the layout: TiViMate copes with a long list more comfortably than simpler players, while IPTV Smarters looks much the same on almost every device.
Do the 4K channels cost extra?
No. The 4K copies come with every plan, with no upgrade fee. Every 4K channel has an HD version of itself right beside it in the list, and that HD version is what belongs in favorites when the TV is not 4K or the connection sags in the evening. What happens if a channel they rely on is missing?
Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name. If the channel is carried upstream and has simply dropped out of the categories, it can usually be added back quickly; if we do not carry it, you get a plain answer instead of a maybe. Checking their list during the free trial, before anyone pays, avoids the problem altogether.
