SWIVTV – IPTV Subscription Set Up Once, Easy for Whoever Holds the Remote

The Terms Behind Every SWIVTV IPTV Plan

Who may use a SWIVTV login, what the money pays for and what happens when something goes wrong. Written for the person who pays, and short enough for the person who watches.

1. Who is agreeing to what

SWIVTV ("we", "us") runs swivtv.club and sells time-limited access to an IPTV service carrying live channels and on-demand films and series ("the Service"). These terms are the agreement between us and the person who orders a plan or asks for a trial ("you"). Placing an order, starting a trial or watching through a SWIVTV login counts as accepting them. If you are buying for somebody else, you accept them for that household as well, so section 4 is worth reading before you pay.

2. What you are paying for

A plan opens the Service to one household for the number of months you paid for. The line-up of channels and the on-demand library change as time goes on, and we do not promise that a particular channel, title or event will stay available for the whole of your plan.

You supply the internet connection and the television, stick, box, phone or computer the Service plays on. Our setup guides are free to use, and help with installing and watching is given on WhatsApp.

3. How an order works

Every order happens in a WhatsApp chat. The figure confirmed there, in USD, is the whole price of the plan: there is no contract, no automatic renewal and no card kept on file. When a plan reaches its end date it simply stops, and carrying on is a fresh decision for you to make.

Once the payment has cleared, we issue the login, usually in under 15 minutes, and send it to the chat the order came from. You may pay for a plan that a parent, partner or relative will watch. You then remain our customer for that account, and support may also speak with the person watching whenever that helps to solve a problem.

4. One household per account

Each SWIVTV account is for one household, meaning the people who live at a single address. You may install it on as many devices inside that home as you wish, but no more streams may play at the same moment than the tier you bought allows: one, two, three or five.

A relative in another home needs a plan of their own. A login may not be shared between two addresses, published, handed to people outside the household, resold other than through the reseller program, or used to rebroadcast the streams. Any of these ends the account straight away, and no refund is owed.

5. Getting your money back

A 7-day money-back guarantee comes with each plan; the refund policy explains when it applies. Claims are made on WhatsApp.

6. Outages and maintenance

Our target is 99.9% availability, with standby servers held ready, but the Service travels over networks we do not own, so maintenance work or events outside our control can interrupt it. When an outage lasts longer than a brief interruption, extra days are added to the plans it affected.

7. Liability

The Service is supplied on an as-is basis. To whatever extent the law allows, a claim against us is capped at the sum you paid for the plan running at the time.

8. Revisions to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The date shown near the top of this page marks the version in force, and carrying on with the Service after a revision means accepting the new wording.
